Here is the latest Update Report, dated April 28, 2009. We will post more information as it becomes available.

Here is the CEP CULR-1 Collective Agreement that was in force from July 2005 - June 2008. We have been without a collective agreement since that time.

Here is the text of the Pension Plan for the employees of the CLC, effective 2001.

CEP CULR-1 and COPE Local 225 recently sent a letter of support to the CFNU staff. You can read it here

About

CEP Local CULR-1 is composite national local representing CLC Representatives. Our local has members in Ottawa and in the CLC's four regions: Pacific, Praire, Ontario and the Atlantic. We also represent the Labour College of Canada instructors.

Our nearly 60 members are union activists that bring a variety of skills which serve the labour movement, with specialists who work on key issues like women's equality, pensions, human rights and health care, labour and literacy educators, youth organizers and advocates that work to build solidarity and political activism with local union and labour council activists throughout the country.
